Randall Kirkland Peaner was born in 1978 in a rural town from Indiana.
There were two parents. Growing up in that small town prepared me for the way Pennsylvania works, so that technically being "from away"
is not a big issue.

Young Peaner developed an interest early on in how beehives operated, often poking them
with sticks to discover their inner workings. This experience has made the now elder Peaner an excellent candidate to lead "the people"
as a councilman, because it is a lot like how bees work together in a hive.

As a newly developed man, Randy attended some college in Indiana (name unimportant) and
I graduated with every possible honor. Not top of his class per se, but sort of the "popular choice". The taste for being voted in had
been established.

Peaner moved from Indiana to Fayes, PA nearly a decade ago, after certain developments
in my professional career created an urgent need to be in a different state. I may not be a native Pennsylvanian but there is no
"conflict of interest" here! Councilman Peaner has often been overheard declaring he would never go back to Indiana, even if I could.
